Carbonated drinks, natural and industrial juices, kvass, beer and other alcohol, whole milk and sour milk drinks, such as kefir, whey or ayran, should be excluded from the menu.

Those suffering from gas and bloating are recommended to eat 5-6 times, but in very small portions, so as not to overload the already hard working stomach and intestines. The basis of the menu should be mainly protein products, and vegetables and fruits can be eaten boiled, baked and steamed in small quantities.

So, with flatulence, it is useful to eat omelets or soft-boiled eggs, lean soups with well-boiled cereals, lean beef, chicken, rabbit and turkey. If flatulence coincided with irritable bowel syndrome, it is better to give preference to boiled porridge, especially oatmeal - it gently envelops the intestinal walls, protecting them from irritation. You can add separately cooked meatballs from the types of meat listed above.

With flatulence against the background of constipation, it is useful to eat rye croutons, boiled beets, tender cauliflower, carrots and pumpkin, cereals.
