Fragrant and crispy rolls with boiled condensed milk will complement any tea party. Easy to prepare and delicious.
It is necessary
- - 1 pack of margarine
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fast-acting yeast
- - 3 tbsp. spoonful of sugar
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 1 egg
- - filling (jam, boiled condensed milk)
- - 5 glasses of flour
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to melt the entire pack of margarine in a skillet (microwave oven). Next, add a tablespoon of sugar and fast-acting yeast to warm milk. Put in a warm place for a couple of minutes to swell the yeast.
Step 2
While the yeast is swelling, pour the melted margarine into a bowl and attach the egg to it. Mix thoroughly and pour out the already matched milk with yeast.
Step 3
After all the ingredients have been whipped, add the sifted flour. You need to add it gradually so that there are no lumps. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 4
When the dough rises, beat it up and put it on a clean table. Divide the dough into several parts, by about 6, and roll out a thin layer.
Step 5
Divide the rolled circle with a knife into 4 parts, and after each part by another 3. Put boiled condensed milk on each part and roll it into a bug.
Step 6
Next, dip each twisted bug in sugar and put on a baking sheet. Grease the baking sheet in advance with vegetable oil or lay out baking paper.
Step 7
We put our baking sheet in a preheated oven and wait for the cookies to brown. We take it out of the stove and do the same with the rest of the batches.
