It is necessary

    • Roses from mastic:
    • icing sugar - 1-1, 5 tbsp;
    • marshmallows - 100 g;
    • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
    • Butter cream roses:
    • butter - 200 g;
    • condensed milk - 200 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a white marshmallow, add lemon juice to it, put it in a microwave and put it in the oven for half a minute. Add powdered sugar to the melted marshmallows and knead until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2

Put the mass on the table, divide it in two. Add a small amount of green food coloring to one part, remember the mastic to distribute the coloring. Wrap both parts of the mastic in foil and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 3

Take out the white mastic after the time has passed to form roses from it. Get to work as follows: tear off a little mastic, form a small cone out of it, it will serve as the base of the flower. Place the cone on a skewer and set aside to dry.

Step 4

Roll out a thin layer from the remaining mastic, cut out small circles using a mold. Roll out each circle with a smooth pencil. Take one thin circle (petal) and moisten its base with water, and then attach to the cone on a skewer. Attach the next petal in the same way on the opposite side of this. Attach a few more petals in the same way until you get a rose.

Step 5

Roll out the green mastic into a thin layer, cut out figures in the form of drops from it. Roll each drop lightly, with the blunt side of a knife make veins on each sheet. Wet the leaves with water, attach them to the rose.

Step 6

Butter cream roses Whisk the condensed milk and butter into a thick cream. Cut a cube out of the biscuit, place it on a fork. The biscuit is the basis for the rose. Apply petals from a pastry bag to it using a special nozzle. The size of the flower depends on the number of petals. Carefully remove the finished rose from the fork and decorate the cake.
