To bake tartlets, you will need special tins, and for the dough, take:

- 1 glass of cold water;

- 200 g of butter;

- salt;

- 2 cups of flour;

- vegetable oil for lubricating molds.

Chop the butter and flour with a knife and carefully grind the resulting mixture into crumbs. In a glass of cold water, add a little salt to your liking and pour the liquid into the flour and butter. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil. Make balls from the dough, put them in molds and evenly distribute the resulting mass.

Put the tins with the dough on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. They are not baked for long - only 7-10 minutes. After that, let the tartlets cool and fill them with fillings.

To prevent the bottom and sides of the tartlets from swelling during baking, pour peas or other large cereals into them.

A very tasty dish - calamari tartlets. To prepare it you will need:

- 400 g squid;

- 1 head of onion;

- 2 green apples;

- lettuce leaves;

- mayonnaise;

- salt and black pepper;

- lemon and herbs for decoration.

Rinse the squid carcasses, peel the entrails and peels. Boil in boiling water and cut into thin rings.

Peel the onions and apples and cut them into small cubes. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces with your hands.

To prevent the onion from becoming bitter, pour boiling water over it.

Combine squids, apples, onions and salad in a bowl, mix everything, pepper and salt. Season the salad with mayonnaise. Let stand for a while at room temperature and fill the tartlets with the mass.

Cut the lemon into thin slices. Cut it along the radius and roll it up in a cone. Put greens on a dish, put squid tartlets, and lemon flowers between them.

Tartlets with cheese and mushroom salad are made quite quickly if the baskets are prepared in advance. For the salad, take:

- 100 g of cheese;

- 100 g of salted or pickled mushrooms;

- 1 clove of garlic;

- 1 head of onion;

- mayonnaise;

- greens.

Cut the onion and mushrooms into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Pass the garlic clove through a press. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

Stuff the prepared baskets with cheese and mushroom salad. Place the sprigs on a platter and place the treat on the table.

For rice, fish and meat tartlets you will need:

- 100 g of long grain rice;

- 1 can of saury in its own juice;

- 1 tomato;

- 100 g of boiled chicken fillet;

- 1 sweet bell pepper;

- greens;

- mayonnaise;

- salt.

Boil rice in salted water. Divide it into 2 equal parts. Cut the fillet, tomato, onion and pepper into cubes. Mash saury with a fork.

Mix one part of the rice with saury and tomatoes. The second - with chicken, onions and bell peppers. Season the fillings with mayonnaise and place in the tartlets.

Put lettuce leaves and tartlets on a dish. Decorate the treat with fresh carving flowers.
