Often inexperienced, and sometimes experienced, housewives will try a bunch of recipes for pancakes on kefir before they find the only one - such that the pancakes turn out lacy, easily turn over without breaking. The given recipe is very simple, however, it always produces pancakes, regardless of the frying pan and the hostess's experience!
It is necessary
- - 2 glasses + 2 tablespoons (no slide) flour
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 glass of kefir
- - 1 glass of water
- - 1-3 (but not more) tbsp. Sahara
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil for the dough + oil for greasing the pan
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1 tsp soda
Instructions
Step 1
Pour flour into a bowl, add eggs, sugar, salt there and mix.
Step 2
Little by little, we begin to add liquid ingredients - kefir and water, mix well so that no lumps form.

Add soda, mix.
Step 4
Pour in vegetable oil, mix.
Step 5
Let the pancake dough stand for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Heat the pan with a little vegetable oil. After the pan has warmed up well, remove the excess oil with a paper towel so that only a thin layer of oil remains in the pan.
Step 7
Pour the dough in a thin layer into the pan, quickly spreading it over the entire surface.
Step 8
We bake until the surface of the pancake is dry.
Step 9
Carefully use a spatula to separate the edges of the pancake from the pan, and then completely turn it over and fry the other side.
Step 10
Thus, we bake all the pancakes, wiping the pan with a paper napkin moistened with a small amount of vegetable oil every 2-3 pancakes.
