Always use vegetables when roasting carp in the oven. They will give the fish a special taste and serve as a side dish. And for the dish to turn out appetizing, you need to use chopped greens for decoration.

Carp with mayonnaise and vegetables

To cook carp in the oven according to this recipe, you will need to take the following ingredients:

- fresh carp - 2 pcs.;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- tomato - 2 pcs.;

- onions - 3 pcs.;

- mayonnaise - 100 ml;

- spices for fish - 1 tsp;

- dill and parsley - ½ bunch each;

- lemon - 1 pc.;

- olive oil - 20 ml;

- garlic - 3 cloves.

Grate the washed carrots, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put the vegetables in a skillet, pour olive oil into it and fry them for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the fish from husks and offal, rinse thoroughly under running water and dry on a paper towel. Transfer it to a cutting board and make several cuts in each carp.

In a clean bowl, combine the spice mayonnaise. Spread the resulting mass over the fish. Then cut the washed tomatoes into slices and place them inside each carp. Put the fried onions and carrots on a greased dish, and on them - fish. Sprinkle it with garlic, which must be peeled and chopped beforehand. Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and sprinkle it on the carp.

Please note that salt is not used in the preparation of carp, as it is already contained in the spices for fish.

It is necessary to bake the dish for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Be sure to check for readiness before pulling out the fish. Make a cut in the thickest part of the fish and see what color the flesh is. If it has a transparent color, then cook the carp for another 10-15 minutes, but if it is white, you can take them out and serve them, after sprinkling with chopped herbs.

Carp with potatoes and sour cream

Carp meat is very tender according to this recipe. It provides the following ingredients:

- carp - 1 pc.;

- onions - 2 pcs.;

- potatoes - 6 pcs.;

- sour cream (fat content 15%) - 40 ml;

- white wine - 20 ml;

- spices (oregano and coriander) - 5 g;

- salt and pepper - to taste;

- sunflower oil - 10 ml;

- dill - ½ bunch.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Then clean the carp inside and out. Dry the fish on a paper towel and then place on a baking sheet. Pour sour cream into a bowl, add salt, wine, spices and pepper there. Stir the ingredients thoroughly to make a homogeneous mass.

For cooking carp in the oven, it is better to use dry white wine. It will give the fish a spicy flavor.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin pieces. Place it next to the fish. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Place them on top of the potatoes. Then pour the wine and sour cream mixture over the vegetables and fish. Put the dish to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the carp and potatoes onto a platter, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve hot to the table.
