Traditionally, the vinaigrette should include beets and vinegar. But this is just a classic recipe. Other types of this salad may not contain one or the other ingredient. The most common recipes: classic, fruity, stuffed pepper vinaigrette and canned meat. It's hard to say which one is better. All of them have a unique and unforgettable taste. And it’s impossible to compare them.

Step 1
Classic vinaigrette
Boil the carrots and potatoes in their uniforms. Refrigerate and peel. Peel the apples and cucumbers. Cut all ingredients into cubes, strips or slices. Add finely chopped sauerkraut. Mash mustard, pepper, salt and sugar with butter. Dilute the mixture with vinegar.
Stir the vinaigrette thoroughly, before serving, pour the prepared sauce into a bowl, transfer to a salad bowl, garnish with sliced beets, sprinkle with dill and green onions. Also garnish the vinaigrette with fresh tomatoes or cucumbers. It tastes better if you dress it with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Vinaigrette with canned meat
Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes or thin slices. Peel the cucumbers and chop them finely. Cut canned meat into small pieces or mash with a fork. Put everything in a bowl and combine with salt, mustard, pepper, mayonnaise and finely chopped onions. Place the vinaigrette in a slide in a salad bowl. Beets, wedges of hard-boiled eggs and lettuce are suitable for decoration. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
Step 3
Fruit vinaigrette
Peel boiled potatoes and carrots, cut apples, cucumbers and pears into slices. Add green peas, chop celery and herbs (parsley, dill). Spice up the dish with a few pineapple cubes. When serving, lightly salt the food, sprinkle with sugar and mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Put the vinaigrette in a salad bowl, garnish with mandarin slices, orange slices and green salad.
Step 4
Vinaigrette with stuffed peppers
Peel and dice the boiled potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, put them in a deep bowl, add longitudinally sliced stuffed bell peppers, salt, mix thoroughly and place in a salad bowl. Border finely chopped green onions, garnish with egg wedges and sprinkle with dill.
