Let's start with champagne. It will definitely be on the festive New Year's table, it is uncorked under the chimes. Champagne itself is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream due to the presence of carbon dioxide, which makes champagne sparkling and carbonated. Champagne is usually not a snack, but if you want to consume any product, then it is better to refuse sweets, cakes and sweet fruits. It is in this combination that champagne affects the pancreas.

White and red wine is considered a traditionally feminine drink and is also often present on the festive table. Usually, this alcoholic drink is not of high strength and its use in small quantities is even considered healthy. Snacking wine is not recommended the same as champagne. A natural question arises why? The sugar contained in a wine drink, plus sugar from a sweet snack, causes an instant increase in blood glucose, and then an equally sharp decline, and almost immediately you will want to have a snack again. Of course, it's not scary at the festive table, but do we want to fit into our favorite pants after the holidays?

First of all, it will be useful to remind that alcohol must be of proper quality, otherwise you can not only get sick with a hangover, but seriously poison yourself.

Vodka, cognac, vodka or pepper vodka, that is, everything that contains 40 degrees or more, cannot be washed down with carbonated drinks. Alcohol alcohols begin to be strongly absorbed under the influence of carbon dioxide. In this case, it is better to give preference to clean cool water.

They do not include alcohol, but they are full of caffeine, which can provoke vasospasm, and as a result, increased pressure, heart rhythm disturbances, and a malfunction of the nervous system. For people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, such a duo can lead to a stroke or heart attack. The carbon dioxide in the energy drink enhances the absorption of alcohol and leads to rapid intoxication.

When consuming spirits, you should refuse coffee with sweets for dessert. Alcohol has an inhibitory effect, while caffeine, on the contrary, has an aphrodisiac effect. Such a swing is extremely dangerous for blood vessels, including the vessels of the brain, since blood pressure rises and falls in them, which leads to fragility of the vessels, and, possibly, internal hemorrhage.

Naturally, snacks are abundant on the festive table, but it is still better to refuse some of them.

Pickled cucumbers and tomatoes are often served as appetizers, the preservation of which used a fairly large amount of acetic acid. Eating such snacks, a person strongly loads the kidneys and liver, which already work in an emergency mode on holidays.

If you really want tomatoes and cucumbers, then it is better to choose salted ones, which will support the water-salt balance and help to cope with dehydration.

Tomatoes and salads from them in combination with strong alcohol causes disturbances and malfunctions in the digestive tract, this is due to the presence of some salts in the vegetable. By the way, freshly squeezed and canned tomato juice does not possess such negative properties.

Baked goods with a lot of cream, consumed simultaneously with spirits, endows our body with a huge portion of fast carbohydrates, which are primarily processed to obtain glucose and convert it into energy. The remaining fats envelop the walls of the stomach, prevent the absorption of alcohols, which begin to ferment in the stomach, causing a prolonged hangover.

This dish is not considered healthy even without alcohol, because it puts an increased load on the stomach, gallbladder and liver. The tandem of fried meat with alcohol only enhances the effect, provokes the occurrence of heartburn, in severe cases of pancreatitis. But boiled and lightly fried or baked meat is only welcome.

Grapes are also a fairly frequent guest on the festive table. Eating grapes is also undesirable, since glucose is absorbed first, as in the case of sweets, and then alcohols begin to decompose. But in the case of grapes, there are also pitfalls; grapes ferment in the stomach and intestines for quite a long time, increasing the degree of intoxication.

Bananas, cheese, protein foods are perfect for use with weak alcoholic beverages, and potatoes and dishes with it for fortified alcohol.

The simplest salad - vinaigrette - will serve as an excellent appetizer. It also contains the necessary vitamins, trace elements, salted or pickled vegetables and potatoes, which in this case will serve as a good adsorbent.
