To prepare a casserole, you need the following ingredients:

  • 250 g pasta rolls,
  • 500 gr. red ripe tomatoes,
  • 200 gr. smoked brisket,
  • 200 gr. grated hot cheese,
  • ground black pepper,
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of finely chopped greens,
  • ghee,
  • salt,
  • grated roll for sprinkling the mold.

Cooking method

Take a three-liter saucepan, pour water into it, salt, put in the pasta and cook. When the pasta is almost soft, pour in a mug of cold water, close the lid and, after removing from the heat, let stand for 10 minutes (exposure). Then drain the water through a colander.

Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for a while, peel them and cut into 8 pieces.

Cut the brisket into large pieces, fry in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom, separate the cracklings and mix them with pasta, tomatoes and pepper.

Anoint the pan with a layer of fat and sprinkle with a grated roll, put cooked pasta in it, sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese, pour over with fat, add half of the herbs and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve the casserole sprinkled with dill and parsley. For a side dish, you can make salads from fresh or boiled vegetables.
