Black currant is not only a very healthy berry, but also an excellent base for a dessert with a fruit filling. And if you add chocolate to it, the taste will immediately change, and you will feel how it emphasizes the tart taste of the berry.
It is necessary
-
- 150 g dark chocolate;
- 250 g black currant;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 150 g granulated sugar;
- 200 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- 250 g cream 33% fat.
Instructions
Step 1
For four servings of a refreshing dessert, use 150 g dark chocolate. In order to fully comply with the recipe, give preference to chocolate with the highest cocoa content. Place it in the freezer for one hour. Then remove and cut as small as possible. But it's best if you turn it into a chocolate chip by grinding it thoroughly.
Step 2
Take 250 g of black currant. Place the berries in a bowl, cover with cold water and leave for half an hour. Then rinse thoroughly, remove all impurities and place on a napkin. The berries should dry well. Set aside 20 of the largest and most beautiful berries in a separate bowl - they will serve as a decoration for dessert. Grind the rest with a blender. Transfer the berries to a container, add chocolate chips and refrigerate.
Step 3
Crack three chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add 150 g of granulated sugar or powdered sugar to the yolks. Beat with a mixer until white foam. Then add 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese and stir until smooth. It is very important that there are no lumps in it. Place the curd and egg mass in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Take out 250g of chilled whipping cream and use a mixer to turn it into a thick cream. You need to work with a mixer for at least 10 minutes. Start at first speed and gradually work up to maximum. At the end of whipping, reduce the speed and let the mixer run for another minute.
Step 5
Add the chilled blackcurrant and chocolate chip mixture to the whipped cream. Beat with a whisk and then gently add the curd and egg mass. Stir all the ingredients again and place the dessert in the freezer for 6 hours. Spread the finished dessert in bowls or cut into portions, and then garnish with currants.
