It's no secret that Italians love to eat deliciously. Their cuisine is one of the most popular in the entire world. Simple and uncomplicated, it abounds in aromatic and delicious dishes. Today we will analyze the recipe for an Italian casserole with potatoes and chicken. Italians have about the same choice of products as ours, so you don't need to look for something exotic to prepare a dish, and the result will be quite authentic and interesting.
It is necessary

- - chicken fillet - 3 pcs;
- - cream 30% - 150 ml;
- - hard cheese - 350 g;
- - fresh mushrooms - 500 g;
- - mashed potatoes - 1 kg.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet and mushrooms into small pieces, fry them in a pan with butter. Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the herbs finely, mix the milk and cream, add the seasonings, put on medium heat.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter, put the potatoes in the first layer, then place the mushrooms and chicken on top, pour in the milk and cream sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in preheated 180oC oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Do not forget to sprinkle with herbs before serving. It can be served with cold milk, kefir, coffee and compote. It is best to use the dish hot and warm.
