A very healthy cocktail of black currant and milk will perfectly refresh in the morning for breakfast or replace a light snack. This cocktail can be served on a children's birthday or any other holiday.
It is necessary
- - 1 liter of milk;
- - 300 g creamy ice cream;
- - 1 PC. a bag of vanillin;
- - 400 g of black currant berries;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 20 g mint leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
This healthy milkshake can be made from a mixture of different currants, using equal proportions of red, white and black currants. But it is best to use a variety of black currant, it goes well with milk.
Step 2
Sort ripe black currant berries carefully, remove twigs and leaves, if any. Take a wide fine sieve, pour the currant berries into it and rinse them with a cold shower. Clean berries should dry out a little. If the berries have hard, stiff tails, cut them off with a small nail scissors.
Step 3
Rinse fresh mint leaves under cold water and hang them down in a shaded cool place. The leaves should dry out, not wither. Try not to wrinkle the delicate mint, you will need it for decoration.
Step 4
Put sugar in a small saucepan, add vanillin and some water. Place on the stove and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, add the currant berries and cook, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes.
