Strawberries are perhaps the most popular and beloved berry. It is good both by itself and as part of dessert dishes or sweet drinks. Make delicious strawberry smoothies with toppings ranging from ice cream and cream to champagne and soda to the main ingredient.
Delicious strawberry cocktail with ice cream
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 100 g of strawberries;
- 300 g ice cream;
- 3/4 Art. milk;
- 1 tbsp. white coconut flakes.
To soften the coconut, pour it into a sieve and scald with boiling water.
Wash and peel the stems of the strawberries. Dry the berries, transfer to the bowl of a blender or food processor and chop until puree. While whisking, add ice cream and milk there. Pour the thick drink into tall glasses, garnish with a small slide of coconut and insert a straw. Drink immediately, until melted, but in small sips.
Strawberry cream cocktail
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 500 g of strawberries;
- 160 ml of 10% cream;
- 2-3 tbsp. cane sugar.
In winter, you can use frozen strawberries instead of fresh berries. Add more sugar or stevia as needed.
Tear off the green tails from the strawberries. Combine all the components of the cocktail and grind them in a blender. This completely dietary snack is perfect as a hearty afternoon snack. It can be drunk or frozen, getting a lightweight analogue of ice cream, a delicacy for slimming ladies and gentlemen.
Alcoholic strawberry cocktail in french
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 200 g of strawberries;
- 180 ml of brandy;
- 60-90 ml of orange liqueur;
- 1 bottle of semi-sweet champagne;
- 5 pieces of refined sugar.
Cut the strawberries in half, distribute them evenly over 6 capacious glasses. Throw in a cube of refined sugar, pour 10-15 ml of orange liqueur and 30 ml of cognac. Uncork a bottle of champagne and top up the cocktails with sparkling wine until you get equal portions.
Alcoholic strawberry mojito
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 7 large strawberries;
- 50 g mint leaves;
- 1 tbsp. white sugar;
- 1 tbsp. light rum;
- 2 limes;
- 0.5 liters of soda water;
- 60 ml strawberry syrup.
Cut 6 berries into quarters, place in a wide-necked carafe, combine with mint leaves and sugar and crush with a potato press or pestle. Juice the limes and pour into the strawberry puree along with the rum, soda water and syrup and mix well with a spatula. Divide the drink into portions so that each has the same proportions of strawberries with herbs and liquid. "Plant" slices of the remaining berries and decorative umbrellas on the edges of the glasses.
Non-alcoholic strawberry mojito recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 12 medium strawberries;
- 20 g fresh mint;
- 1 lime;
- 2 banks of sprite.
Chop strawberries and mint into small pieces, leaving some for garnish. Divide everything into 2 servings, place on the bottom of glasses, cover with lime juice, cold sprite and sprinkle with mint leaves.
