- - 130 g rhubarb, finely chopped
- - 150 g strawberries, finely chopped

Step 1
Take a 20 * 20 cm square baking dish. Grease it with butter and then put the oatmeal, 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, salt on the bottom and stir.

Pour in the melted butter and stir again until lumps form.

If the lumps are too soft or damp, add 2 tablespoons of flour. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture for later use. Spread the remaining mass evenly over the bottom and press down firmly.

Divide finely chopped strawberries and rhubarb into 2 parts.

Spread one part over the oatmeal.

Sprinkle evenly with cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and lemon juice.
