- - 100 g of frozen black currant;
- - 100 butter;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 130 g flour;
- - 40 g of ground almonds;
- - 20 g of corn starch.

Step 1
The currants should be defrosted beforehand. We also take out the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens.
Step 2
Beat the butter into an airy cream with the addition of powdered sugar. Without turning off the mixer, add the defrosted berries: some of the berries should turn into puree, which will give the liver an intense purple color!
Step 3
Add flour, chopped almonds and starch and quickly knead the dough. We make a block of 4 cm thick from the dough, wrap it in foil and send it to the freezer until it solidifies.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the frozen block into cookies 0.5 cm thick, put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
