It is necessary

  • -600 g beef tenderloin
  • -2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • -1 white onion
  • -300 g of any mushrooms
  • -300 g cherry tomatoes
  • -150 ml dry red wine
  • -2 cloves of garlic
  • -100-120 g arugula

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the meat and cut it into thin slices. Heat oil in a frying pan, put the meat seasoned with salt and pepper in it and fry, stirring continuously, for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Put the fried meat slices on a plate with a special wide spoon and put the onion in the same pan and sauté it for 2 minutes, add cherry tomatoes, halved and chopped mushrooms to it, salt. Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes until soft.

Step 3

Pour the red wine and squeeze the garlic into it. Simmer under the lid for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the meat to the vegetables and simmer for a couple more minutes so that the meat has time to soak in the aromatic sauce. Serve the cooked beef tenderloin along with fresh arugula.
