Tincture of pine nuts, which has anti-inflammatory and strengthening properties, is widely used in folk medicine in the treatment of infectious diseases, rheumatism, gout, metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiency and even in female oncology.
The useful properties of cedar pine seeds can hardly be overestimated. The protein contained in them is unique in that it is absorbed by the human body by 99%. The composition of essential amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals is so extensive and unique that it is difficult to find other seeds with similar nutritional and nutritional value.
Nut shells are rich in tannins. An alcoholic tincture prepared with it is used for rinsing with inflammation of the mucous membranes, in the form of lotions - for skin diseases (pustular lesions, eczema, lichen, burns). When taken orally, this tincture restores the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, improves the activity of the organs of hearing and vision, raises tone, stimulates potency, treats hemorrhoids, blood diseases, and has a beneficial effect in osteochondrosis.

Method of preparing tincture for a feast
One kilogram of fresh whole pine nuts is poured with water, washed thoroughly, floating litter and empty shells are removed, and dried. The raw material is scalded twice for five minutes with boiling water to remove the tar, which imparts bitterness to the product and negatively affects digestion.
The nuts prepared in this way are poured with a liter of high-quality vodka, insisted in a dark and cool place for 2 weeks, and if the nuts are chopped together with the shell, then a week will be enough. The drink, infused with vodka, tastes like cognac, is soft and pleasant to the taste. When serving, the tincture can be seasoned with a few drops of lemon juice and garnished with a mint leaf.
Method for preparing tincture as a remedy
Two glasses of unpeeled pine nuts are washed and dried. Place in a dark glass dish, pour in a liter of alcohol and leave for 2 weeks. Filter the finished tincture, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. To obtain 700 ml of such a medicine, you can dilute it with 300 ml of warm boiled water. Consume for medicinal purposes daily in a tablespoon, no more than 50 ml per day for 2 months, washed down with tea or water.
Contraindications to use
Like any remedy, not everyone can use the tincture. You shouldn't give it:

- pregnant women;
- people suffering from alcoholism and alcohol intolerance;
- patients with severe liver disease.
