- Alcohol tincture:
- - cinquefoil rhizomes - 50 g;
- - vodka - 0.5 l.
- Water infusion:
- - cinquefoil herb - 1 tablespoon;
- - water - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare an alcoholic tincture, take 50 g of cinquefoil rhizomes and pour 0.5 liters of good vodka. Place the jar in a dark place for 21 days in a room with room temperature, shake every other day. During this time, the biologically active medicinal substances of the plant will pass into the tincture
Step 2
After the expiration date, drain the finished tincture through several layers of gauze and squeeze the raw materials. Alcohol tincture of sabernik is ready. Consume it from 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon - the dose is determined individually, three times a day before meals. It is advisable to dilute it in a glass of water. In case of joint diseases, together with ingestion, use the tincture externally, rubbing the sore joints and warming them after rubbing.
Step 3
In case of intolerance to alcoholic tincture of saber, for example, with stomach diseases, prepare an aqueous infusion. Pour 1 tablespoon of cinquefoil herb with 1 cup of boiling water and leave in a thermos for 1, 5-2 hours. Consume 1/3 cup three times a day 20 minutes before meals.
