Today being overweight is a problem that is becoming more and more common. Many people wonder how to properly and effectively get rid of annoying kilograms. This diet allows you not only to lose excess, but also to improve the condition of your body as a whole.
Sitting on this diet, you can lose up to 25 kilograms - the higher the weight, the more pounds lost. As it becomes clear from the name of the diet, it lasts 90 days, its essence is that you need to alternate the days of Protein, Starch, Carbohydrate, Vitamin. When the vitamin day ends, the circle begins anew, the days cannot be swapped, otherwise the result will be much worse. What foods can you eat? Let's talk about each of these days in more detail.
Protein day
On this day, you can eat all foods that contain protein, for example:
- Meat (chicken, rabbit, pork, beef, etc.)
- Eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, milk.
- A fish.
- Seafood.
- Any non-starchy vegetables such as potatoes.
- You can also drink a glass of broth.
Starch day
- Legumes such as beans, peas, lentils.
- Rice, millet, pearl barley, etc.
- A glass of vegetable broth, can be made from a cube.
- Any vegetables, including potatoes.
- A slice of whole grain bread.
Carbohydrate Day
- Any baked goods (within reason) that do not contain milk and eggs are allowed on this day.
- Any cereals - buckwheat, millet, barley.
- Any vegetables.
- And be sure to have a strip of dark chocolate for dinner.
Vitamin Day
On vitamin days, you can eat any fruits and vegetables (except potatoes, of course):
- Berries.
- Nuts, seeds.
- Fruit and vegetable juices.
I'd like to point out that juices are considered a separate meal. If these are berries, then at one time you can eat no more than a glass, if nuts or seeds, then a handful.
Every 29th day is a fasting day, for the whole diet there are three of them. On these days nothing is allowed, only water is allowed. Throughout all ninety days, breakfast is always the same two fruits or a glass of berries. Lunch and dinner are also the same, for example, if you ate chicken for lunch, then you should also have chicken for dinner, only half the portion. The first meal starts at 9 am, the last at 8 pm. In total, there should not be more than three of them per day. On carbohydrate days, the interval between meals should not be less than four hours, on the rest - at least three hours, if you cannot at all, then eat some kind of fruit.
Many who were on a diet for 90 days of separate meals noted that after graduation, they continued to lose weight, about three kilograms.
