What diseases is kombucha useful for?

Kombucha is not a panacea. And you should not substitute them for medication. But in combination with the doctor's prescriptions, he is quite capable of improving the patient's condition in various diseases.

If you have a headache, you can drink a regular infusion, but it is better to stir a couple of teaspoons of honey in one glass. Regular use of the infusion will help get rid of headaches, especially when they are combined with muscle spasms. Kombucha helps with a cold, otitis media, sore throat. Infusion gargle, tampons soaked in the composition, put in the nose. And for the sore ear, a compress is made. Rinsing with warmed infusion relieves toothache. For light burns and skin lesions, you can make applications and compresses, adding infusions and vapors of various herbs. Kombucha is useful for atherosclerosis and high blood pressure. But you need to drink it for a long time and not when the pressure has risen sharply. In chronic gastritis with low or zero acidity, the infusion of the mushroom helps if you drink it a couple of hours before eating. If gastritis with high acidity, the infusion should be mixed with honey. In this case, the infusion must certainly be warm, but not hot.

Kombucha in cosmetology

Infusion of the mushroom naturally restores the acidic environment of the skin, tones and tightens it. On the basis of the infusion, you can make cleansing face masks and eau de toilette if you mix the mushroom with mineral water. And with a composition infused for a month, it is good to make baths that help regenerate the skin, and even deodorants. Massaging the scalp with infusion strengthens the hair and improves its appearance. And even dandruff is significantly reduced if a monthly infusion is rubbed into the scalp after washing.

Contraindications

The infusion should be used with caution for people suffering from gastritis with a high acidity. It is contraindicated for diabetics due to the fact that the mushroom is infused with a large amount of sugar. And you should not drink a highly concentrated infusion. Since you can not be cured, but harm your health.
