In order not to waste precious time on long trips to shops, markets and supermarkets, not to spend hard-earned money on low-quality products, and most importantly, not to pay with your health later, you need to have a clear idea of how to choose the right products. And for this you need to adopt three rules and, if possible, strictly adhere to them.

First, you need to make a rough menu for the week. This will take very little time. After that, you will have a rough idea of how many products you will need for the next seven days, and what exactly you will need to buy.

Buying food spontaneously is a thankless task. It is much more practical, more profitable and faster to write for yourself a list of what, in your opinion, needs to be purchased before going to the supermarket. Of course, it will only make sense if you follow this list, and not chaotically run around the supermarket with a trolley. A list written at home can save you a lot of time and money.

The second and most important point is the quality of the products. Of course, the shelves of modern stores are simply bursting with a variety of products of various brands, each of which confidently proclaims its products the best, and persistently convinces the buyer of this. But by no means always one should blindly believe beautiful advertising pictures and sonorous slogans. Much more about the product will be said by another - its appearance, color, smell, quality of packaging. By the way, it is the packaging that needs to be paid attention to first. Reputable, reliable companies and enterprises producing quality products have the same packaging - strong, beautiful and high quality. It is on the packaging that the buyer can read detailed information about the product, familiarize himself with the composition of the product, learn about its shelf life and even about contraindications for use. If there is no such information on the package, or it is illegible, then there are reasonable doubts about the quality of such a product.

Usually, experienced housewives know how to choose food correctly, and do not succumb to the tricks of some supermarkets that conduct "promotional sales" of products that have already expired or have completely expired. Such products can be discounted by 20, 30 and even 50%, but do not forget that by purchasing such a product, you can not only "throw away" your money (since the taste of such products leaves much to be desired), but and seriously risk your health.
