Dishes in pots are loved not only for their ease of preparation, but also for their amazing taste. In addition, an oven with a pot in it, in its image, bears some resemblance to a real Russian stove. Buckwheat with meat are two ingredients that are always perfectly cooked in a pot. Regardless of what experience you have, almost everyone can make such buckwheat.

It is necessary

  • - pork - 500 g;
  • - buckwheat - 200 g (1 glass);
  • - onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - sunflower oil - 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
  • - butter - 20 g;
  • - any broth - 400 ml or beef bouillon cube - 2 pcs. (optional);
  • - bay leaves - 3 pcs.;
  • - coriander (dried cilantro) - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - red hot pepper - a few pinches;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - pots with lids - 3 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork under running water and then cut into small cubes or narrow strips. After that, transfer the meat to a cup, add black pepper and salt to it, as well as coriander, which can be previously chopped in a mortar or using a rolling pin. Mix everything well and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

When the time is up, pour 0.5 tablespoons of sunflower oil into each of the three pots and brush the sides of the dishes with a cooking brush. Now place the same amount of chopped pork in the bottom of each pot.

Step 3

Peel the onions, chop into thin quarter-rings and place them on the meat. In this case, the amount of onion in all three blanks should be approximately equal. After that, take red hot peppers and sprinkle onions with them on top - 1-2 pinches for each pot. Such an amount of pepper will affect the taste insignificantly, but it will allow the meat to become more tender later.

Step 4

Rinse the buckwheat in tap water. Then divide it into three parts and place in the pots. It is not necessary to tamp the buckwheat strongly. During the cooking process, it will swell and grow in size, so it will need space.

Step 5

If you have broth (you can take meat or vegetable broth), then fill them with the contents of the pots - 650-660 ml each. Alternatively, you can dilute bouillon cubes in 2 liters of boiled water. As a last resort, you can just use water. Then add bay leaf, salt and black pepper to each serving.

Step 6

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. When it warms up as much as possible, send all three covered pots into it for 50 minutes.

Step 7

After the time has passed, carefully remove the pots from the oven. Open the lids and put a piece of butter in each of them. Such buckwheat with meat is best served immediately while it is hot. Offer vegetable salad or fresh herbs if desired.
