  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - soy sauce, vegetable oil to taste;
  • - spices to taste (it is better to take a special seasoning for Korean carrots);
  • - black or red pepper at will.

Instructions

Step 1

First, rinse the porcini mushrooms thoroughly, then cover with cold water and leave for 4-6 hours. Then cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Cut low-fat pork or chicken fillet into small pieces, simmer until tender in vegetable oil under a closed lid.

Step 3

Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. Peel the carrots, chop into a thin strip. Fry both carrots and onions together in vegetable oil, then cool.

Step 4

Now mix mushrooms with meat and carrots with onions. Season the mixture with pepper and salt to taste. Pour in soy sauce, add spices to taste. Korean carrot seasoning is ideal for this salad - it is sold both dry and in the form of a thick sauce. Chop the garlic in a garlic press, add to the salad.
