Such a salad, original in taste, can become your signature dish. It is distinguished by its lightness and pleasant aroma, goes well with white sparkling wine and is suitable for the most special occasions.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of porcini mushrooms;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of pine nuts;
- - 20 chestnuts;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of peanut butter;
- - 300 g of green salad;
- - 5 pieces. asparagus;
- - a pinch of chopped cloves, oregano and black pepper;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Tear the green salad with your hands and place in a deep cup. Add chopped asparagus, pine nuts and spices boiled in salted water and chopped. Mix everything thoroughly and place on a flat dish.
Step 2
For chestnuts, make small cruciform incisions, and chop the porcini mushrooms into small cubes. Sauté everything in peanut butter, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Then pour the cognac into the pan and light it on fire. Once the heat has subsided, remove the pan from the heat and cool slightly.
Step 4
Place the cognac-flamed mushrooms and chestnuts on top of the salad. Serve while still warm.
