- - 3 tbsp flour
- - 5 eggs
- - 0, 5 tbsp. milk
- - 0.5 tbsp sugar
- - salt
- - icing sugar
- - vanilla sugar
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to melt the butter, then gradually add flour and salt there. Stirring continuously, add hot milk, then add sugar, and then boil the mixture until thickened.
Step 2
Now you need to take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks, and then grind them with vanilla sugar. Then pour the crushed yolks in a thin stream into the hot milk mass that you have prepared. Put this mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Take soufflé tins, grease them with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Whisk the egg whites into a lather. Now remove the mass from the refrigerator, carefully pour the proteins into it. Next, put this mixture in molds and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. The soufflé should be served hot.
