Zucchini pancakes are a healthy breakfast and a great addition to lunch or dinner. The pancakes are made from available ingredients and do not take much time and effort to create. The main thing is to know a delicious recipe, then the dish will turn out amazing.

- -400 g of peeled zucchini;
- -100 g of cottage cheese;
- -3 tbsp. l. oatmeal;
- - 1/2 cup wheat flour (the amount may vary depending on the consistency of the dough);
- -1 chicken egg;
- -1 bunch of dill;
- -salt and spices.

Step 1
To make delicious zucchini pancakes, you need to prepare the main product. Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and skin. The pure product should be 400 g.

Grind the zucchini on a grater. Wait a little, the vegetable should give off juice. Drain the liquid that appears, squeeze the zucchini slightly.

Add cottage cheese to a plate to the zucchini, beat in an egg, add salt, spices, oatmeal, finely chopped herbs. Mix all ingredients well.

Add flour, stir again and evaluate the consistency of the dough. It should be thick, without lumps of flour. If the stock is runny, add more flour.
