Truly a Sunday dish! True, these pancakes will take you a lot of time, but believe me, they are deliciously delicious.
These pancakes are prepared on dough.
What we need:
- flour 6 tbsp.,
- baked milk 4-5 tbsp.,
- eggs 3 pcs.,
- butter 4 tablespoons,
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- water 2 tbsp.,
- fresh yeast 40 grams (you can replace dry yeast, one bag of dry yeast equals 50 grams of live yeast, so you need to take a little less bag),
- salt 1, 5 teaspoon,
- frying oil.
Cooking:
- First you need to do the dough. We take yeast and soak them in warm water. Next, add sugar and two glasses of flour. Mix, cover with a towel and put in a warm place. For example, on a kitchen cabinet. It's always warm under the ceiling.
- Next, we separate the yolks from the whites. Squirrels need to be refrigerated. After the dough rises a little, add the yolks and ghee to it. Mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour. Since the dough is quite thick, it should be diluted with warm baked milk. Cover with a towel again and put in a warm place.
- After the dough rises, mix it and put it back in the heat. We repeat the procedure two more times.
- Beat the egg whites and salt into a thick foam. We take out our container with the dough and smoothly stirring from top to bottom, introduce proteins into it. We remove the climb again. This will be the last time.
- We take a frying pan with a thick bottom (if there is a pancake maker, great). Lubricate it with butter (vegetable or butter at your discretion).
- Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, distribute it evenly, spinning it in your hand. The fire should be medium. If you have an electric hob, set it to 6-7.
- On one side, the pancake will cook for about fifteen to twenty seconds. Turn it over and bake for another ten seconds. To prevent the edges of the pancakes from drying out, each time we cover the plate with them with some kind of lid or other plate.
