Step 1

Next, you need to separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla, then add whipped margarine to them.

Whisk the whites until thick foam and add them to the dough. Introduce the remaining flour there.

The dough should be covered and left in a warm place until it has doubled in size.

At this time, you need to wash and dry the raisins, then sprinkle them with flour. Cut candied fruits into small pieces. Peel the nuts and chop finely.

Dried fruits and nuts must be added to the risen dough.
