It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 3 cups, about 405 grams,
- -water - one and a half cups, 375 ml,
- - dry fast yeast - half a teaspoon,
- -sea salt - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl or saucepan, mix sifted wheat flour with yeast and salt. Mix well with a whisk.
Step 2
Add water heated to 40 degrees to the dry mixture, stir with your hands. Bread loves the care and warmth of the hands, so there is no need to be afraid to get your hands dirty. We cover our dough with foil and put it in a warm place (you can wrap it in a jacket) for 12 hours.
Step 3
We heat the oven to 240 degrees.
Pour flour on a clean towel and put the dough on it.
Form a loaf of dough with a towel.
Cover the dough loaf with a towel and leave it alone for half an hour.
Step 4
Warm up the form in the oven.
Transfer the dough to a preheated mold.
We make cuts on top of the loaf - for beauty.
Step 5
Cover the form with the dough tightly with foil. This is necessary to distribute heat evenly.
We bake bread for half an hour under foil. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the finished bread and serve.
