It is necessary
- - 200-300 g of lean fish (cod, haddock, pollock, hake);
- - small carrots;
- - medium onion;
- - 1 egg;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - salt pepper;
- - bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Fish fillets must be put into a blender and chopped. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put the fried vegetables in a blender with the minced fish and chop again. Put the minced meat in a dish, add one egg, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
Step 2
We form meatballs from the finished minced meat.

Pour the breadcrumbs onto a plate and roll the fish balls in them.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil until golden brown. We put the fried meatballs in a baking dish and grease with sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes.
