Make a syrup with water and sugar. Gradually add sugar to boiling water in small doses, stirring the liquid with a spoon.

For fruit jam with peels, cut them into slices (first cut off some of the fruit with bracts). They must be seedless, otherwise the jam will taste bitter. Dip the pieces into a sugar solution, cook over low heat for 1, 5-2 hours. Do not allow the jam to boil too much.

Step 4

Divide the peeled fruits into pieces, they should not contain seeds.

Step 5

Pour hot syrup over them, heat over low heat. As soon as the jam boils, remove the container from the heat, cool for at least 60 minutes. Pour the sugar solution into a clean container, boil it separately from the fruit pulp for 10-15 minutes. It should thicken a little, add the solution to the fruit. Do not boil too much.

Step 6

Repeat step 5 two more times.

Step 7

Add a few tablespoons of grated peel to the finished dessert. Pre-scald it with boiling water. You can add a little honey or cinnamon to taste.
