There are no special prohibitions on food for pregnant women. The diets recommended by doctors for women in the position are based on the elementary rules of a healthy diet. The only exceptions are foods that can cause allergies.
Instructions
Step 1
Eliminate alcoholic beverages entirely. Alcohol is one of the worst enemies of pregnancy, as it has a severe impact on the development of the fetus. The consequences caused by alcohol abuse can be irreversible, and pathologies are not always detected in the early stages.
Step 2
Avoid raw meat and fish products. They can contain dangerous bacteria and infections that cause helminthiasis, which affects the fetus. In addition, raw foods are carriers of intestinal infections.
Step 3
Do not overuse foods that can provoke future allergenic dependence in a child. These include seafood, especially delicacies (caviar and shrimp), honey, citrus fruits, exotic fruits, chocolate. In the early stages, it is better to exclude the listed foods altogether, since the child may be born with congenital diathesis. Also, do not "lean" on spicy food.
Step 4
Eliminate starchy foods. Flour products, especially bread, pies, rolls, cakes, pancakes, etc. - these are the brightest representatives of high-calorie dishes that contribute to weight gain. Excess weight does not benefit either a pregnant woman or an unborn child.
Step 5
Limit the consumption of canned foods and smoked meats. They can cause botulism, which is dangerous not only to health but to life in general.
Step 6
Do not provoke poisoning, intoxication and irritation of the digestive system. To do this, completely eliminate mushrooms, melons and watermelons.
Step 7
Be careful with your drinks. Don't drink kvass. Firstly, it belongs to the category of low-alcohol drinks, and secondly, it contributes to bloating. Limit strong tea and coffee. They increase blood pressure, which can affect pregnancy in the form of hypertonicity of the uterus, which causes premature birth.
Step 8
Try to eat only natural foods. Various preservatives and dyes are dangerous for any person, since they can cause disturbances in the functioning of the liver, kidneys and other vital organs. This does not mean that such products should be completely eliminated, it is just better to limit their use.
Step 9
Give up exotic fruits and other foods you don't know. They can cause an unexpected reaction in the body and pose a risk to the development of pregnancy and fetus. It is better to exclude papayas, pineapples, bananas and grapes from famous fruits.
