Everyone knows from childhood that it is necessary to have breakfast. After all, an early meal helps to wake up, energizes, starts metabolism, etc. But not all foods are good for breakfast. What should not be eaten for breakfast, so as not to harm your body ?!
Instant porridge
Undoubtedly, porridge is a very healthy dish at any time of the day. But only porridge cooked with your own hands. A semi-finished product from a bag, which must be poured with boiling water and insisted for five minutes, will not bring any benefit. Such cereals, due to the method of production, saturate the body with simple (fast) carbohydrates, which are quickly digested and again cause hunger. And, if you add here dyes, flavors, flavor enhancers, it becomes clear that the harm from such porridge is much more than good.
Industrial coffee or tea with confectionery
To save time, most people consume drinks with some kind of sweetness. These can be cookies, waffles, croissants, etc. Such a breakfast also cannot be called useful, because industrial pastry contains a large amount of sugar and various fats, which means that it is very high in calories and contains a high glycemic index.
Quick breakfasts
According to the advertisements, this is just the perfect product for a baby breakfast. However, these flakes are prepared by extrusion, i. E. grind all the ingredients into powder, and then give the desired shape. These breakfasts usually contain flour, starch, sugar and many flavors, food additives, preservatives, etc.
Sausage sandwiches
A familiar, but not the healthiest breakfast option. White bread, combined with butter and sausage, saturates the body with empty calories (due to easily fast carbohydrates), a mass of various fats. Such a breakfast will not give the body the desired energy, but will go straight to body fat.
Glazed curds
Cottage cheese dishes are undoubtedly healthy. But this only applies to dishes made from natural cottage cheese: cheese cakes, casseroles, homemade desserts. Glazed curd bars, for the most part, contain a curd product, as well as sugars, flavors, flavor enhancers and preservatives.
To start the day right, it's best to prepare breakfast yourself. This can be an omelet, your favorite porridge, or cottage cheese dishes with a whole grain bun.
