- 2. frozen shrimp - 250 grams;
- 3. grated cheese, flour - 50 grams each;

- For the sauce you need:
- 1. chopped peeled tomatoes - 250 grams;
- 2. white wine - 200 milliliters;
- 3. onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the shrimps in a little oil. Place them on a plate. In the same oil, fry the onion until it becomes translucent. Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the squid tentacles and fins, cheese, parsley, and chopped boiled eggs. Pepper, salt, mix.
Step 2
Fill the squid carcasses with the resulting mixture, secure with a toothpick. Next, roll them in flour, fry in oil.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce in the same skillet. To do this, fry the onion, pour in the white wine, wait until it evaporates a little, put the chopped tomatoes. Simmer for ten minutes together. Add water, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to simmer for thirty minutes.
Step 4
