Chicken legs with a spicy marinade For cooking you will need: a few chicken legs, red wine vinegar, honey, onions, garlic, paprika, oregano, vegetable oil, Tabasco sauce and salt - to taste. First, rinse the legs and cut them into two or three pieces. Start the marinade: mix 8 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar with the same amount of honey, add chopped onions and garlic. Onions can be chopped in a blender or grated on a fine grater. Pour 4 teaspoons of oregano and paprika into the resulting mixture, salt and dilute everything with vegetable oil. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce for spice. Be careful, do not overdo it, the sauce is very hot. Lubricate the legs, cut in portions, with marinade, place in a container, close and send to the refrigerator for several hours. Chicken marinated in this way can be cooked both at home in the oven under the grill and on the wire rack in nature. This dish is best served with lettuce, red sauce and fresh vegetables.

Marinade with Lemon Juice For the kebab, cut the chicken legs into medium-sized pieces.
