Now on the shelves of shops and vegetable markets you can see a huge amount of peppers of all colors and sizes, bright thick-walled ones look very appetizing. And how beneficially it affects the body, improves the circulatory system, is useful for the prevention of cancer, rejuvenates the skin, lowers blood pressure, saturates the body with vitamin C, is necessary for pregnant women and when planning pregnancy, helps relieve eye fatigue, by the way, the largest amount of vitamins is found next to the stalk, where the bulk of the seeds is concentrated.

About 20 years ago in Siberia they did not even think about the fact that they could grow peppers, but now why not, since there are a lot of seeds for every taste, both cone-shaped and oval, which are not available. But for Siberia, it remains a problem how to grow large, juicy and bright peppers so that pests do not eat them, so that they are with thick walls, and not like rags. Let's try to figure it out.

Of course, pepper should be grown from seedlings in the Siberian climate, and indeed in Russia. We sow in peat pots, so that then immediately put them in open ground, since a pick for pepper does not have a very good effect on its root system. Be sure to put it under glass or under a film and on a windowsill, keep in mind that the side should be sunny, peppers love warmth very much. Do not allow the soil to dry out, they also love moisture, but do not overdo it so that the plant does not get sick with the "black leg", create a greenhouse effect for them and they will thank you with a good harvest. When the first leaves appear, you should make a home greenhouse, or cover it with plastic cups on top. Two weeks before planting in open ground, the peppers must be prepared for the change in temperature, in other words, tempered, first take the seedlings out for an hour or an hour and a half outside, or on the balcony and gradually increase the time so that when planting in open ground, the peppers are ready for the street temperature.

In the open field, at first, the peppers must be covered with foil, especially on Siberian nights. And so there is no special concern, abundant watering, loosening, feeding and pest control, like the list is long, but in fact it is a five-minute job. For the winter, peppers can be frozen, you can cook delicious lecho, you can marinate whole without a stalk, and in winter you can make stuffed peppers, there are a thousand recipes, fantasize and a harvest rich in everything!
