  • - garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • - small tomatoes - 5-6 pcs;
  • - ground marjoram - 1 tsp;
  • - salt, pepper - to taste;
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the bell pepper and wipe it dry with a towel. We cut each vegetable lengthwise, remove the stalk and core with seeds. Then we cut each half into four more parts. As a result, you should get 8 slices of pepper of each color. In a deep frying pan, heat half of the vegetable oil, lay out the pieces of peppers and fry on both sides until golden brown. We transfer the pepper to the pan.

We wash the pan and pour the remaining oil into it, heat it up. After peeling the sausage, cut into thin rings and fry until golden brown. Put the fried sausage on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
