Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions. After 40-60 minutes, heat (do not boil) until completely dissolved and cool. Take eggs, sugar, baking soda, and flour. Knead the biscuit dough.
Step 2
Bake the biscuit for 15 minutes, at a temperature of 180 C. Cut the cooled biscuit into 1, 5x1, 5 cm squares. Peel the oranges and tangerines, disassemble the tangerines into slices, and cut the oranges into circles. Cut pineapples and banana into cubes.
Step 3
Whisk sour cream with sugar, add vanillin and cooled gelatin, mix well, if there is a sufficient amount of gelatin, then after 10 minutes the cream will begin to solidify. Do everything quickly.
Step 4
Place the fruit nicely on the bottom of the dish. Lay out some of the biscuit. Place the fruit on the biscuit cubes. Pour the cream over, then add the biscuit again, and pour the cream over the fruit.
Step 5
Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate overnight. The next day, remove the cake from the mold by turning it over onto a platter. The cake is ready to eat!
