My two-year-old daughter Nastenka from the cradle is not indifferent to sweets. I always try to prepare desserts for the baby not only tasty, but also healthy. Here is one of these dishes I am sharing with you.
It is necessary
- - orange - 3 pcs.,
- - tangerine - 3 pcs.,
- - orange juice - 200 ml,
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - citric acid - on the tip of a knife,
- - gelatin - 20 g,
- - mint leaves - 20 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour cold orange juice over gelatin and leave for 1-2 hours at room temperature to swell. Wash oranges and tangerines thoroughly, transfer to a cloth and dry.
Step 2
Peel, disassemble into slices and remove seeds, if any. Use a sharp knife to free the pulp of oranges and tangerines from the film. Beat citrus pulp with sugar in a blender. If there is no blender, you can knead the pulp with a pestle, in which case you should use powdered sugar instead of sugar. Add citric acid. You can add some cinnamon if desired. Place the citrus mass in the mold.
Step 3
Wash the mint, dry it and rub it lightly in your hands, so that the aroma is revealed brighter. Add mint to fruit puree. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath and pour into the mold in a thin stream. Mix everything thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for several hours until solidification.
Step 4
When the jelly is ready, put it on a plate. To do this, the bottom of the mold must be lowered into hot water for a few seconds, and then quickly turned over. You can decorate the dessert with mint leaves.
