Components for cooking: 400 grams of fish fillet (better than cod), two onions, two cucumbers, two bay leaves, two tablespoons of rice cereal, one carrot, parsley root, 100 grams of cucumber pickle, one tablespoon of tomato paste, a pinch of herbs, black pepper and salt, a little black peppercorns.

First you need to rinse the fish fillets, then boil them in boiling water for 15 minutes over low heat. Next, the fillet is removed and disassembled into pieces.

Vegetables should be washed, peeled and diced and sautéed in oil until golden brown.

Put tomato paste, pickles in a frying pan with vegetables and simmer for five minutes.

The washed rice, along with all the prepared components, is sent to the strained broth and cooked for 15 minutes. Finally, add herbs and salt to taste.
