Instructions

Step 1

After giving birth and while breastfeeding your baby, you should not go on a strict diet. After all, it is necessary that all the substances she needs enter the mother's body. For example, proteins are extremely important. From them, for example, cell membranes are built. Animal proteins are found in beef, chicken, pork and others, and vegetable proteins are found in cereals: buckwheat, rolled oats.

Step 2

Carbohydrates are the energy needed for digestion, respiration, and other bodily processes. But not all carbohydrates are good for your baby - some of them can cause gas production, such as cabbage.

Step 3

Fats also need to be obtained, because hormones are formed from them, which are necessary to regulate the work of the whole organism. If you took vitamins before giving birth, then it's time to continue the course - the child needs vitamins and minerals.

Step 4

Better to limit your intake of allergenic foods. The following foods in most cases cause allergies in crumbs: honey, nuts, red vegetables and fruits, citrus fruits, milk and dairy products, eggs, strawberries and chocolate.

Step 5

If your baby was born with the help of a cesarean section, then the first days it is better not to go to the toilet "in a big way" - straining can cause the seams to diverge. You should exclude fruits and vegetables, cereals and bread from your diet due to the fiber content in them, which forms a food lump. Return to your usual diet only after a couple of days.

Step 6

A freshly baked mom in the first time after giving birth should drink no more than one and a half liters of water per day. Is there milk? Then reduce your fluid intake to about a liter. Otherwise, swelling of the mammary glands is possible.

Step 7

It is also worth keeping a diet diary 7-8 days after the birth of the child. If a mother tries a new product, then let him write down the baby's reaction to this product in a diary - is there a rash or, say, redness on the skin? If there are changes, then you should not use this product for now - wait a few months.
