Hot sandwiches are the best answer to many questions: what to cook for breakfast, what to give the child to school with you, how to feed a group of friends. They are very easy to prepare, and taste like everyone's favorite pizza. Having mastered simple recipes, you can be creative in each new dish, combining your favorite ingredients. The result will always delight you!
Sandwich - "pizza"
This is the simplest and most traditional version of hot sandwiches. To make it, grease slices of bread with ketchup with the addition of a small amount of mayonnaise. Top with slices of ham, sausage or sausages, then sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Hot egg sandwiches
Put wide slices of bread in a frying pan, greased with a small amount of refined vegetable oil, and put on low heat. Pieces of ham can be placed in the same pan.
In another skillet, break the eggs - one for each sandwich - add salt to taste and put on low heat, covered with a lid.
When the bread is lightly browned at the bottom, turn it over to the other side. Put the pieces of ham on top, place the eggs on the ham, which by this time are almost ready. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer until the bottom is browned.
Hot meat sandwiches
For hot meat sandwiches, pre-cooked cutlets, meatballs, stew or fried meat of any kind are suitable - everything that is left unfinished and runs the risk of disappearing in the refrigerator. Instead of meat, you can take fried or boiled fish fillets.
Brush the pieces of bread with ketchup. Top with thinly chopped onion rings. Cut the meat filling into flat slices and heat in a pan, then put on sandwiches. Top with slices of cheese, thinly sliced, and then another slice of bread, also greased with ketchup (ketchup down).
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for five minutes, until the cheese is tender. Do not overexpose; complete melting of the cheese is not required.
Hot sandwiches with champignons
The next two recipes for hot sandwiches, as well as for people who prefer delicious and hearty meat-free dishes.
Cut the washed mushrooms into thin (about 2 mm) slices and fry in a pan until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the bread with mayonnaise. Top with thinly chopped onion rings, then fried mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place on a baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Hot sandwiches with potatoes
Peel 1-2 potatoes, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil until half cooked, adding onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the bread with ketchup. Mix the potatoes with a little mayonnaise and lay on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
