1. Peeled boiled eggs and tomatoes, cut into slices. Cook eggs for at least 7 minutes after boiling water, they should be hard-boiled. Cut the olives in half.

2. Canned cucumbers, dry with a napkin, cut into small cubes, then mix with liver pate.

3. Take round crackers, a little larger than an egg and a tomato. Put the prepared mixture of pate and cucumbers on the cracker, the layer should be about 5-6 mm.

4. On a layer of pate put a circle of boiled egg, slightly salting on top, then tomato and halves of olives - 2pcs, a sprig of green lettuce.

5. Cooking time will take only 15 minutes. The composition of the products promises us a pleasant taste.

Pineapple sandwich

For 4 servings you need:

Wheat bread 4 slices

Roasted pork pulp 4 slices

Pineapple 6 slices

Hard cheese 4 slices

Butter 20gr.

1. Be sure to dry even slices of bread. Lubricate the top with butter. The butter will add juiciness to the cheese meat slice.

2. We put on each toast in sequence: slices of meat, pineapple and cheese.

3. Bake the sandwich until the cheese starts to melt, immediately remove it from the microwave or oven. The main thing is not to overexpose.

4. When serving, make out the remaining pineapple pieces, parsley sprigs, ketchup. Cooking time is only 15-20 minutes.

Mushroom sandwich

For 4 servings you will need:

Rye bread 8 slices

Pickled champignons, whole 200 gr.

Butter 80 gr.

Onion 1 head

Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons

Boiled eggs 2 pcs.

Medium apple 1 pc.

Tomatoes 2 pcs.

Pitted prunes 4 pcs.

1. Spread the slices of bread with a thin, even layer of butter.

2. Finely chop the mushrooms and onion into cubes, finely chop the boiled eggs, peel the apple and, after removing the core, cut into small cubes. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Leave a few whole mushrooms to garnish on top of the sandwich.

3. Put the resulting mass in an even layer on the slices of bread.

4. On top we arrange each sandwich in turn, with a tomato circle, half a prune, mushrooms and herbs.

The cooking time for these sandwiches is slightly longer than the previous ones, about 20 minutes.

Mini sandwiches with cheese

For 4 servings, take the following products

Rye or wheat bread 8 slices

Processed cheese 100g.

Butter 100gr.

Peeled pumpkin 100g.

Ground black pepper, lemon for decoration.

1. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, simmer with a little water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.

2. Rub the butter and cheese on a medium grater. Add pumpkin puree to the cheese with butter, pepper and mix well.

3. Slices of bread, cut into small diamonds, grease with a layer of 3-4 mm, cooked mass. Decorate with olives, lemon slices and herbs. One serving will make 2 lozenges of bread.

Cooking time 30 minutes.

Hot Avocado Sandwich

For 2 servings you will need:

Wheat bread 2 slices

Smoked chicken fillet 1pc.

Avocado ½ pc.

Green onions 10g.

Grated hard cheese 15g.

Ground black pepper, herbs for decoration

1. Cut chicken fillet and avocado into thin slices. Finely chop the onion.

2. Place the chicken fillet on the cooked slices of wheat bread, then put the slices of avocado. Sprinkle it all with chopped onions, cheese, a little pepper.

3. We bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven to 240 degrees for about 1-2 minutes. Sprinkled with grated cheese on top forms a nice crust.

4. When serving, decorate with herbs.
