While constantly stirring the gravy, make sure that its consistency is medium thick, otherwise add a little water. Add 2-3 teaspoons of burnt sugar to the gravy, boil the gravy. After - strain the mixture, pour wine into it, add a tablespoon of lemon juice. Finally, add the pre-cooked raisins to the gravy and bring it to a boil again.
