You can add salt, pepper and various herbs to the gravy - basil, thyme, coriander, it is to your taste.

Sour cream sauce will also help to diversify the taste of any side dish. Ingredients: 2 cups broth, 1 small onion, half a cup sour cream, a tablespoon of flour, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour to it, fry until flour turns golden brown. Pour the broth into the pan, stirring constantly, and simmer the gravy for about 10 minutes. At this time, cut and fry the onions. Small golden cubes should remain from the onion, add them to the hot sauce, pour in sour cream, stir well and remove from heat.
