B vitamins help to strengthen the nervous system, and beta-carotene - vision. Carrot juice helps to cleanse the body, reduce the risk of cancer and blood cholesterol levels. It is useful for people suffering from anemia, as it stimulates hematopoiesis, as well as for those who have undergone antibiotic treatment - the juice weakens their toxic effects on the body and intestinal microflora. Its regular use will improve skin color, hair and nails. When used externally, they can be used to heal wounds.

The dangers of carrot juice when consumed regularly
However, the high concentrations of those substances that carrot juice contains make it really a drug, which means that, as with all drugs, there are also doses of juice intake, above which it can pose a serious health hazard. To begin with, girls who drink it in large quantities can always be distinguished by the color of their orange skin - they seem to have just visited a solarium. It can cause food intoxication, but this is not so bad - uncontrolled consumption of carrot juice in large quantities is, first of all, an extreme load on the liver. It can provoke such a dangerous disease as jaundice, its uncontrolled intake in large quantities can even be fatal.
Contraindications for the use of carrot juice include: high blood sugar and diabetes mellitus, diseases of the pancreas and intestines, pancreatitis.
It is not recommended to regularly drink carrot juice and pregnant women. Their use must be significantly reduced or eliminated altogether, since it can threaten with allergies and diathesis for a newborn. Healthy people should limit the use of carrot juice to 100 ml per day or 250 g 2-3 times a week, in this case it will not be harmful, but even curative, especially for those people who have low hemoglobin.
