- - soft fat-free cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - wheat flour - 400 g;
- - sugar - 350 g;
- - butter - 250 g;
- - sour cream - 100 g;
- - vanillin -10 g;
- - cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - three eggs.

Step 1
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease the pan with butter, sprinkle with flour.

If you took granular cottage cheese, then rub it through a sieve.

Grind chicken eggs with sugar (200 grams), vanilla sugar, add to cottage cheese. Mix, add two tablespoons of flour and sour cream, stir again.

Pound flour, butter, sugar (150 grams), cocoa into crumbs in a bowl. Place most of the crumbs on the bottom of the mold, pour the curd filling on top, sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs.

Bake the cake for about 50 minutes, until it is firm. Cool the finished cake, then gently transfer to a plate, let cool completely. You can put the finished cake with curd filling in the refrigerator overnight.
