An original, delicious and well-baked butterfly pie is a great occasion to gather at the table with the whole family for a heart-to-heart conversation.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3.5 glasses of flour;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 200 g margarine;
- - 50 g of fresh yeast (2 teaspoons dry);
- - yolk (to lubricate the pie);
- For filling:
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - jam;
- - vanillin;
- - 1 PC. protein;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of poppy;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
Instructions
Step 1
Mix yeast with salt, add milk, sugar, softened margarine and flour. Knead the dough and let it stand for 1.5 hours to rise.
Step 2
Prepare the curd filling. Whisk in a blender: cottage cheese, sugar, egg white until smooth. Add poppy seeds and vanillin, stir with a spoon.
Step 3
Roll out most of the dough into a layer and outline oval outlines on it. Cut out the outline of the butterfly.
Step 4
Make decorations from the rest of the dough: weave plaits and distribute them along the edge, put the braided braid in the middle.
Step 5
Fill the empty space with the pastry bag with the curd filling.
Step 6
Lay out the heart-shaped embellishments on the butterfly wings. Cover additional small areas with any jam.
Step 7
Brush the top of the dough with egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 200-210 ° C.
