Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly from dust and dirt. Then remove the peel from it and set to boil until cooked. Remove the boiled vegetables from the water in a separate cup and turn into a puree. Then add the following ingredients to it: sour cream, salt and butter. Mix everything properly.
Step 2
Add a dry baking powder and flour mixture and one raw egg to the potato mass. Mixing everything properly, you get the dough for the future cake. After distributing it over the baking dish, form the sides.

Lay parchment on the dough in the form, and on it, respectively, put dry beans. In this form, put the base for the cake in the oven, the temperature of which is 170 degrees, for a quarter of an hour.

Soften the cottage cheese with a blender, then add the eggs whipped with nutmeg, salt and semolina beforehand. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Remove the baked base from the oven. Remove the parchment and the beans and spread the Mexican vegetable mixture evenly on top of them. Cover this filling with a mass of cottage cheese.
