Delicate chicken meat cooked in the oven with tomatoes and eggplants under a delicious cheese crust is the perfect dinner for the whole family. Moreover, you do not need to spend a lot of time to prepare this dish.

- -2 tomatoes,
- -100 grams of hard cheese,
- -3 cloves of garlic,
- -a little fresh greens,
- -100 grams of mayonnaise,

Instructions
Step 1
Wash eggplants, peel, cut into plates. Put the plates on a plate, salt to taste and leave for about half an hour. We drain the juice.
