Cabbage dishes are traditionally referred to as Russian national cuisine. There are a great variety of cooking options and recipes are constantly being supplemented with new ingredients that reveal the taste of the vegetable in a new way. The beneficial properties of cabbage will be preserved if you choose a cooking method such as frying or stewing.

- –320 g white cabbage;
- –170 g of Chinese cabbage;
- –2-3 eggs;
- –1 fresh carrots;
- –Pepper and salt to taste;
- –5 g of dried basil;
- -1, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the wilted top leaves from the head, and chop the cabbage with a sharp knife and place in a cup. Also cut the Chinese cabbage and add to the white cabbage.
Step 2
Wash the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. Be careful as you can injure yourself on the grater blade. Transfer the grated carrots to a separate cup.
Step 3
Put the pan on the fire and pour in the required amount of sunflower oil. Wait until it warms up a little. Add cabbage and carrots. Stir with a wooden spatula. Season with salt and simmer for about 20-35 minutes. If the cabbage starts to burn, then you should pour in a little clean water.
Step 4
While the dish is cooking, take the eggs, transfer to a cup and beat with a fork or blender.
Step 5
Pour the egg mixture into the cabbage and stir vigorously to distribute the eggs completely in the pan. Sprinkle with dried basil and cover tightly. After 5-12 minutes, the cabbage will be ready. The dish is served both hot and cold in combination with meat, fish, mashed potatoes.
